Meet Caterina

My name is Caterina Kein, and I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker being supervised by Ned Peck, LCSW, at Life Force Therapy. I am excited to provide generalist telehealth therapeutic services on Fridays. Although I am a new Associate, I have years of experience in social services and health care. As a behavioral health professional of color, I feel particularly confident with English-speaking minority, migrant, and historically oppressed populations. I also serve parents, women, and birthing people, late diagnosed ADHD, perimenopause, career, and health transitions. I am a queer-affirming, neuro-affirming, and spiritual/ancestral-affirming practitioner. I use solution-focused, positive, and grounded treatment techniques that complement evidence-informed modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Positive Psychology.
